Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the "I consent to the processing of my personal data" box when registering with the KONTEON service (or in the consent window), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Mezhdunarodnye internet resursy LLC (OOO «MIR») (OGRN 1167847147511, INN 7807115235, address: 20-115 Chekistov St., St Petersburg, 198329, Russia; the "Operator") my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes of processing:

• registration and operation of my account in the KONTEON service, and signing in to the service's websites;
• storing my projects and calculating estimates;
• password recovery and notifications (including via Telegram, if I link it);
• responding to my inquiries, feedback, surveying early access participants, and the waitlist;
• ensuring account security and protecting the service from abuse;
• performance of the contract for paid services, if I purchase them.

2. Data: email address; name; password hash; website language; country (determined by IP address or selected by me) and region (state, province); IP address; browser and device information; registration and sign-in dates; Telegram chat ID (if I link it); the content of my inquiries and images attached to them; survey answers; the plan I am interested in.

3. Processing operations: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without the use of automation tools.

4. Cross-border transfer. I consent to the transfer of my Telegram chat ID, the text of my inquiries and images attached to them to the operator of the Telegram messenger, but only if I link Telegram myself or send an inquiry via the feedback form.

5. Term and withdrawal. This consent remains in effect until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. I may withdraw it by writing to support@konteon.ru from the address registered in my account, which means deleting my account. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except for data that it is entitled or required to retain by law or contract (the periods are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy).

6. I confirm that I am at least 14 years old and that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Consent to receive mailings and consent to the transfer of data to partners are given separately and are not part of this document.
