Project Showcase Rules

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian version of this document is legally binding and prevails in case of any discrepancy: Russian version.

Version of 28 September 2026

These Rules form part of the Terms of Use of Mezhdunarodnye internet resursy LLC (OOO «MIR») (the "Operator").

1. Publication. Marking a project "Visible to everyone" means you consent to the project being shown in the public KONTEON showcase on all of the service's websites (konteon.ru and the konteon.com language subdomains) and in search engines. The showcase is shared across all language versions.

2. What is shown. The showcase displays the project's plan, 3D model, parameters and images, its name, and your name as it appears in your profile. Your clients' data (names, phone numbers, etc.) never appears in the showcase.

3. Copying. By publishing a project, you allow other users to copy it to their accounts free of charge and modify it for their own projects.

4. License to the Operator. By publishing a project, you grant the Operator a free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to display the project in the showcase and to use it in KONTEON materials (websites, social media including Pinterest, advertising), without your clients' data.

5. Unpublishing. You may untick "Visible to everyone" at any time, and the project will disappear from the showcase. Copies already made by other users remain with them.

6. Deleting a project or account. If you delete a published project or your account, the project remains in the showcase without the author's name (depersonalized); the deletion window warns you about this. If you want to remove the project from the showcase entirely, untick "Visible to everyone" before deleting it or write to support@konteon.ru.

7. Operator's rights. The Operator may remove a project from the showcase without giving reasons, including if it violates the law, the rights of third parties or the Terms of Use.

8. Responsibility. By publishing a project, you confirm that you are entitled to publish it and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
